Setup & Training
This interactive service will be a deep dive into the QuickBooks Online landscape to better prepare you for understanding your business finances. The session will be recorded and delivered to you via Zoom so that you have a resource to go back to.
⟡ We will create a new QuickBooks Online company for you if one does not already exist.
⟡ Create and configure your Chart of Accounts (all your income and expense categories)
⟡ Set up bank feeds for your bank and credit accounts
⟡ Pull in past transactions as needed
⟡ Enter transactions together to ensure understanding

⟡ Create Products & Services to be used on invoices
⟡ We will recommend apps and programs to increase efficiency in your accounting and bookkeeping processes

Do It Yourself
We get it, sometimes you want to do it yourself…we’ll be your safety net.
This package starts with a ‘One Time QuickBooks Setup & Training’ session followed by monthly meetings to keep you compliant and accountable.

Books
This package is for when you’ve hit the point where you no longer want to do the accounting work yourself. We will keep your QuickBooks up to date monthly based on transactions coming in from your bank and credit cards along with a bit of help from you.

One Time QuickBooks Online Clean-up / Catch-up
We get it… life & running your business can get in the way and your books can fall behind. We offer this one time service to help you catch up. You might need this in order to file your taxes or apply for a line of credit, or you may just want to see how you actually did this year or last. Whatever the reason may be we do not judge, give us a call and we’ll help you get sorted out.
Typically this package would include most of the following:
⟡ Clearing out transactions downloaded from your bank/credit card that have not yet been categorized
⟡ Connecting your bank to download missing transactions
⟡ Journal Entries maybe needed to adjust loan balances and account for any interest accrued
⟡ Earmark all vendors in need of a 1099 for year end
⟡ Reconciling each month to ensure all transactions have been accounted for
⟡ Removing data that was put into QuickBooks Online that should not have been added
⟡ Utilizing outside apps/programs to get transactions into QuickBooks Online that cannot be downloaded from your bank (we an convert PDF stations to downloadable transactions
The cost of this service will depend on the amount of time your books are behind and the volume of work. This will require a review of your QuickBooks Online company.
